AstroKamya™ guarantees that every crystal and gemstone sold on our platform is 100% natural, authentic, and untreated (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
We source our crystals directly from trusted mines and verified artisan workshops in:

2. Certificate of Authenticity
Every AstroKamya bracelet ships with a Certificate of Authenticity that includes:
- Crystal Type & Origin: Stone name, mine/region of origin
- Quality Grade: AAA, AA, or A grade classification
- Weight & Dimensions: Total carat weight, bead size (mm)
- Activation Details: Date of Venus Hora activation, mantra used
- Unique Certificate ID: Scannable QR code for verification
- Artisan Signature: Name of the artisan who crafted the bracelet
You can verify your certificate at any time by scanning the QR code or entering the certificate ID on our website.
3. Ethical Sourcing
AstroKamya™ is committed to responsible and ethical sourcing practices:
- Conflict-Free: All crystals are sourced from conflict-free regions
- Fair Trade: We pay fair wages to miners and artisans
- Carbon-Neutral: We offset the carbon footprint of our supply chain through verified carbon credits

4. Lab Testing & Verification
Every batch of crystals undergoes rigorous testing:
- Gemological Testing: Refractive index, specific gravity, and hardness testing by certified gemologists
- Spectroscopy Analysis: UV-Vis and IR spectroscopy to confirm mineral composition
- Treatment Disclosure: Any heat treatment, dyeing, or coating is explicitly disclosed in the product description
- Random Batch Sampling: 10% of each batch undergoes third-party verification
5. Warranty Coverage
All AstroKamya products come with a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:
- String/Elastic Breakage: Free restringing if the bracelet breaks under normal wear within 90 days
- Bead Defects: Replacement of any bead with visible cracks, chips, or discoloration that appeared within 90 days of purchase
- Clasp/Closure Issues: Repair or replacement of any defective clasp or closure mechanism
- Color Fading: If crystals show abnormal color fading within 90 days (note: some natural fading with sunlight exposure is normal and not covered)
6. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, or cleaning agents
- Damage from dropping, crushing, or impact
- Natural wear and tear beyond the 90-day warranty period
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- Crystals purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Normal color evolution due to UV exposure (some crystals naturally lighten with prolonged sunlight)
7. Crystal Care Guide
To maintain your AstroKamya bracelet in optimal condition:
Daily Care
- Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or exercising
- Apply perfume, lotion, and sunscreen before putting on your bracelet
- Store in the velvet pouch provided when not wearing
Weekly Cleansing
- Running Water: Hold under cool running water for 30 seconds while setting your intention
- Sage Smudging: Pass through sage or palo santo smoke for energetic cleansing
- Moonlight Bath: Place under full moonlight overnight for recharging (especially effective for Moonstone and Amethyst)
What to Avoid
- Prolonged direct sunlight (especially for Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Citrine)
- Salt water (can damage certain stones)
- Ultrasonic cleaners (can crack natural stones)
- Contact with chemicals (cleaning products, bleach, etc.)
8. How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Support: Email care@astrokamya.com with your order number and photos of the issue
- Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 48 hours
- Approval: If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label via Shiprocket
- Repair/Replace: Once received, we'll repair or replace your bracelet within 5–7 business days
- Return Ship: The repaired/replaced bracelet will be shipped back to you at no charge
Please retain your Certificate of Authenticity and original packaging for warranty claims.
