1. Nature of Services

AstroKamya™ and SoulSync™ provide technology-assisted astrological analysis, predictions, compatibility assessments, and matchmaking suggestions using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms trained on Vedic (Jyotish) and Western astrological principles.

All readings, predictions, compatibility scores, Karma Scores™, transit alerts, dasha interpretations, and AI-generated insights produced by our platform are computational outputs based on algorithmic interpretation of astrological data.

These outputs are provided strictly for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute — and must not be construed as — professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: legal advice, medical advice, psychological counselling, financial guidance, career counselling, matrimonial counselling, or any form of professional consultation.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Astrology is an ancient interpretive tradition rooted in cultural and spiritual belief systems. It is not an exact science, and its principles have not been validated by modern empirical scientific methods.

AstroKamya™ makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding:

AstroKamya Pvt Ltd, its founders, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, AI models, technology partners, data providers, and service providers (collectively, "AstroKamya Parties") shall not be liable — directly or indirectly, in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — for:

Any loss, damage, injury, or harm — whether physical, emotional, psychological, financial, reputational, or otherwise — arising from or related to the use of, or reliance upon, any information, prediction, reading, recommendation, or content provided through the Platform.
Decisions made by users based on AI-generated astrological insights or compatibility scores.
Interactions, communications, meetings, or relationships between SoulSync™ users.
Outcomes of marriages, relationships, engagements, or partnerships facilitated, suggested, or enabled through SoulSync™.
Actions or inactions taken based on recommended remedies, mantras, gemstones, rituals, fasting schedules, or charitable acts.
Any consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages.
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
Service interruptions, technical failures, or system errors.

Users use this platform and act upon any information provided entirely at their own risk, judgement, and discretion. AstroKamya™ is a technology tool — it does not replace human judgement, professional consultation, or personal due diligence.
