1. Order Processing

All orders placed on AstroKamya™ are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Each crystal bracelet undergoes a Sacred Activation Protocol before dispatch:

  • Cleanse & Purify: Running water cleansing + sage smoke purification
  • Venus Hora Alignment: Energized during the auspicious Venus Hora window
  • Mantra Activation: Vedic mantra chanting specific to the stone's planetary ruler
  • Quality Check: Final inspection ensuring stone authenticity and bracelet integrity
Why 1–2 days? Unlike mass-produced jewelry, each AstroKamya bracelet is individually activated during specific planetary hours. This sacred process cannot be rushed — your patience ensures maximum energetic potency.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–3 business days
  • Tier-2 Cities (Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh, etc.): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-3 & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
  • North-East India & J&K: 7–10 business days
Note: These are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery may vary due to courier performance, weather conditions, or local disruptions.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries:

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
  • UAE, Singapore, Malaysia: 5–10 business days
  • Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands): 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: Please contact support for availability
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges. AstroKamya™ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹5,000: FREE express shipping (India)
  • Orders below ₹5,000: Flat ₹99 shipping (India)
  • International Standard: ₹499 – ₹1,499 (varies by destination)
  • International Express: ₹999 – ₹2,499 (DHL/FedEx, 5–7 days)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • An email notification with your tracking number (AWB)
  • An SMS/WhatsApp update with the tracking link
  • Real-time tracking available in your AstroKamya account under "Order History"

You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting Track Order in the Help menu, or by visiting the Shiprocket tracking page with your AWB number.

6. Courier Partners

We work with India's most trusted logistics partners through Shiprocket's multi-courier aggregation platform:

  • Delhivery — Primary partner for metro and Tier-2 cities
  • BlueDart — Premium express deliveries
  • DTDC — Extended coverage for Tier-3 areas
  • Ecom Express — COD and reverse logistics
  • Shadowfax — Same-day delivery in select metros
  • DHL / FedEx — International shipments

The courier partner is automatically assigned by Shiprocket based on serviceability, estimated delivery time, and cost optimization for your pin code.

7. Delivery Guidelines

  • All orders are packed in our premium ritual-grade packaging — a velvet-lined box with sage bundle, activation guide, and certificate of authenticity.
  • Delivery attempts will be made up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Please ensure your phone number is accurate — the courier will call before delivery.
  • For apartment/gated community deliveries, please provide complete address details including building name, floor, and gate code.

8. Undelivered / RTO Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us (RTO — Return to Origin) due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailable after 3 delivery attempts
  • Customer refused to accept the delivery

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges of ₹99 may apply. If you wish to cancel instead, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping charges (if any) within 7–10 business days.
